Exceptional arts-based childcare for students before and after their PMA classes.

Join the families that are saving valuable hours each month by scheduling Dance, Music, Theatre and Visual Arts classes at Portland Metro Arts (PMA).  In addition to quality classes, students K-8 can register for our After-School Arts Club  (ASAC).  ASAC is for PMA students that also need a quality supervised after-school option.  Additionally, we offer after-school transportation from the following schools:  Atkinson, Bridger, Cherry Park, Creative Science, Glencoe, Harrison Park, Lent Elementary, Portland Arthur Academy, and Vestal.

No-School Day Statement

On the days with no school:
During many of the Monday holidays and teacher planning days throughout the school year PMA is still open and will hold regular classes. To assist families on these days we will offer engaging, full-day care with fun arts and crafts projects during the day and transitioning into our After-School Arts Club care in the afternoon.

Full-day care will run from 8:30am-6:00pm, and cost $65/day for the general public and $50/day for students enrolled in the After-School Arts Club. Space is limited and first-come, first-served. To request a space in our all-day care please fill out our request form here.

Longer Breaks During the School Year:
During longer breaks we are offering day camps for families that need care. These include Mon-Wed the week of Thanksgiving, the first week of Winter Break, and the week of Spring Break. To enroll in these School-Year Camps visit our School-Year Camps Page.
