*If your child is transitioning from Kindergarten to First grade in September
Please consider whether your child is ready to fully participate in a full-day program with older students who have already completed 1st – 5th grade. There are momentous differences between a Kindergarten and a First grade classroom day. We recognize that each child matures in mental focus, physical stamina and patience at a different pace. Some children this age can do well and some would do better with a half-day or Preschool option. Take give that careful thought when enrolling.
*If your child is transitioning from 5th grade to Middle School in September
Please consider whether your child is ready to fully participate in a program with older students who have already completed 6th-11th grade. There is a great transition in social , physical, emotional and intellectual maturity that comes to kids at this age. Because each child matures at a different pace, please consider whether your child would best fit with the grade school or the middle school/high school sections of the camps/workshops. You know your child best, so give that careful thought when enrolling.
