SUMMER CAMPS NOW ENROLLING!
Want your kids to unleash their inner Picasso or Mozart this summer? Get them enrolled in the Portland Metro Arts summer camps! Our camps are the perfect chance for kids to dive headfirst into their artistic passions and let those creative juices flow. They’ll be having so much fun, they won’t even realize how much they’re learning! We’ve got it all, from dancing to music, theatre to visual arts, and even a mix of everything!
Camps in All the Arts:
We have 10 weeks of camps scheduled from single art camps like Music ala Carte, Acting Adventures, All About Art (visual art), and Fly Away to Neverland (dance); to our varied multi-arts camps: Masks, Myths, and Legends (art, theatre, storytelling), Way Off Broadway (music and dance), 4 Arts (dance, music, theatre, and visual arts). We’ve even added a new camp, Makerspace Workshop, which will be a DIY adventure.
Our full-day camps for Grades 1-6 run from 9 am to 4 pm, with a supervised lunch break, and half-day camps run from 9 am to noon. We ensure that every moment of the camp is not just fun, but also enriching, ensuring your child gets the best out of their summer.
Preschool Curriculum:
Need something for the younger set? Our 1/2-day camps are jam-packed with all 4 arts plus basic preschool curriculum. Offered in June and again in August, these camps are the perfect opportunity to let your child’s wild imagination take control and explore their artistic passions. Our camps are the ultimate adventure, full of excitement, creativity and of course, fun! Morning camps kick off at 9:00am and run until noon. Don’t miss out on a summer of thrilling artistic exploration!
Workshops for Middle and High School Performers:
And for our middle-school and high school performers, our in-depth Summer Workshops (Summer Dance Intensive and Brush Up Your Shakespeare) allow students to engage and improve in their chosen art form. All current upper division PMA students and those who receive their training elsewhere are welcome and encouraged to enroll. Guest Artists, who are working professionals, will be on staff to bring the latest information and trends to the students. This is not just a summer camp, but a platform for young artists to truly grow and shine.

Space is limited, so be sure to register early. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If the blue “Register” link does not appear next to a listing, the camp/workshop is full. However, as the Summer progresses more spaces may open. So, please register for the “Waitlist” and you will be notified if a space becomes available.
